An iconic anthology series from Marc Cherry, Why Women Kill is a dark comedy that follows the murder mystery of one or several women. This season takes place in 1949 and follows Alma (Allison Tolman) and an unassuming housewife who envies the local Garden Club, led by the wealthy diva Rita (Lana Parrilla). While Alma wants the life that Rita has, Rita has heartbreak and secrets of her own. She enlists the help of a private investigator, Vern (Christie) to unlock and keep some secrets of her own!
