This weekend, as nerds, geeks, and everyday people mob midtown Manhattan donned in costumes and ready to rock New York Comic Con, there is one booth in particular that cannot be missed. Just off of the North Concourse at the Javits Center is the Star Trek Beyond booth, touting big foam Vulcan salutes and Star Trek pins. If you hop in line, you get the chance to sit in the Captain’s chair and have an array of photos made into a gif. Venture a little further into the booth, and visitors to the convention can have their face transplanted front and center on the DVD cover (bye bye, Chris Pine!).
