Hear about what it takes to transport the studio model Enterprise to the Smithsonian, and get to hear the vision for the next five years to bring it to exhibit.
Engaging the Universe: The Star Trek: Next Generation Cast Discussion – 12:30PM-1:30PM
Join members of the cast of Star Trek: Next Generation and learn about what life on the Enterprise was like during the filming of the show. A number of the former cast members will be in attendance.
On Screen: Star Trek’s Hollywood Cast Speaks – 2PM-3PM
Now that you’ve had a chance to hear from a number of the television cast members, sit down with a couple of the stars from the reboot movies to hear what it was like bringing the franchise back to life on the big screen.
For the Love of Spock – 2:45PM-3:45PM
Adam Nimoy discusses the documentary he began to work on in collaboration with his father before his passing. Now, the concept of the film has expanded, and audiences will get a chance to hear from Adam himself about the journey.
Meet the Writers-Producers from Star Trek: Discovery – 3:30PM-4:30PM
This is the big one, where audiences get a chance to meet some of the team behind the new Star Trek: Discovery series set for next year. Come hear about how they got involved in the project, as well as their hopes for the new series moving forward.
