The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Rebels Posters Revealed!

Have we all recovered from Comic Con’s teaser trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay? No? Well prepare to weep inconsolably for another month because the evil geniuses at Lionsgate have graced us with six posters of the lovable rebels (pictured below) that could easily break every bone in our bodies.

The six posters feature the fearless rebels of District 13 and they are Cressida (Natalie Dormer), Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Boggs (Mahershala Ali), Messala (Evan Ross), Castor (Wes Chatham) and Pollux (Elden Henson)

Now we saw a glimpse of Cressida in the teaser trailer and of course she looks incredible, I mean it’s Natalie Dormer for Christ sake, but the rest of the gang look absolutely fantastic as well. Well played Lionsgate, you’ve cast the perfect people.

Might I remind you book fans who have read Mockingjay and know that Castor and Pollux are in fact brothers, I find it baffling that Wes Chatham and Elden Henson aren’t actually related.

My excitement for this movie cannot be contained. I’ve wanted it since the screen cut to black after an intense staring competition with Katniss at the end of Catching Fire. But November 21st is slowly closing in and it’s only a matter of time before we get the theatrical trailer that will cause us to break down screaming into the void.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 flies into our theatres November 21st.
